Warranty: All replacement parts warranted a minimum of 90 days from date of installation. After this initial warranty any remainder of manufacturer warranty will be honored through that manufacturers approval, (warranty void due to water damage).
Our troubleshoot and diagnoses labor is guaranteed for 30 days after site visit if problem persists or new problems occur and a new component is needed that is more expensive or makes sense to upgrade and replace control system, then all labor will be credited towards the purchase and installation of new control system if purchased through All Clear.
Note: there is a large variety of different controls that have become more and more complex. It requires many years experience to be become an expert at all of them. We are manufacturer's warranty station and are trained on nearly all of them, however when dealing with electronics you sometimes have intermittent problems. Please realize that if a problem cannot be seen in the service call, we will check all of the items below, however we may have to schedule a return trip if the results are inconclusive. These return trips are billable at our basic service call rates, you only pay the higher troubleshoot rate on the first call.
*This service call assumes only one main panel outside and one main controller. For complicated and sophisticated systems it may take further troubleshoot time. This call is limited to one hour on-site time. Once the tech has been there 45 minutes he will contact you to ask if you would like him to proceed at our published hourly rates .
