Troubleshoot Electronic Controls

One On-Site Visit includes the following:
 

• Check for GFCI branch circuit protection.

• Check for proper voltage to sub panel, transformer and actuators.

• Check relays for proper operation check coils and voltage output.

• Inspect connections at main board and connections to remotes.

• Disconnect spa side switch if needed to isolate controller functions

• Review programming (programming available but billed at hourly rate).

• Check wi-fi connection.

• Provides 20 minutes of manufacturer troubleshooting over phone line.

• Provide estimate of what is needed to repair the issues with controller.
   

This call may need the pool owner to be present in order to provide access to controller or WiFi passwords to gain access to controls.
